Add OpenWebTrack to Nuxt 3

Add the tag to Nuxt’s head via nuxt.config.ts.

1

A Nuxt app has one config for the head; the snippet goes into nuxt.config.ts so every page includes it.

nuxt.config.ts
export default defineNuxtConfig({
  app: {
    head: {
      script: [
        {
          src: "https://cloud.openwebtrack.one/script.js",
          defer: true,
          "data-website-id": "YOUR_WEBSITE_ID",
          "data-domain": "yourdomain.com"
        }
      ]
    }
  }
});

Alternative via useHead in app.vue also works. For cookieless use script.cookieless.js. For self-hosted replace cloud.openwebtrack.one with your ORIGIN.

2

Nuxt Router navigation is tracked automatically as pageviews. The tracker hooks history.pushState so no extra code is needed for client-side routes.

3

Deploy and open the site at the address you gave the dashboard. The realtime view shows the visit within seconds; if nothing appears, check that data-domain matches and that an ad blocker is not blocking the request.
